1 Small bowl for sauce mixture
- 200 g noodles your choice: rice noodles, egg noodles, or gluten-free noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or sesame oil for extra flavor
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch piece of ginger grated
- 1 medium carrot julienned
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas trimmed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce or vegetarian alternative
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for vegan
- 1 tbsp lime juice for a tangy finish
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh cilantro or green onions optional, for garnish
- Red chili flakes optional, for spice
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and lime juice. Stir well to combine and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Combine Noodles and Sauce:
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the noodles and garnish with cilantro or green onions. Add red chili flakes for extra heat if desired.
